All of our cheeses and goat milk products are made with the milk from our ridiculous goats, on our farm, in Olympia, Washington. It doesn’t get any closer to the source than this. If you are a chef or wholesale buyer interested in selling our cheese please send us an email at email@example.com or call at (360) 280-6730.
Chevre: Soft and spreadable, lightly creamy with notes of summer pasture and lemon. A simply beautiful farmstead cheese, made with locally harvested sea salt, this cheese appeals to all cheese lovers, even those who are scared of a little goat.
Honey Vanilla Chevre: This cheese screams decadence. We make it with locally harvested sea salt, raw, local honey and organic, fair trade vanilla. It’s amazing stuffed in french toast or crepes, spread on a bagel, or right out of the package. The perfect hint of dessert without being too sweet this spreadable cheese is a huge hit with all age groups.
Thai Garlic Chevre: Matthew lived in Thailand for a year, learned the language, and took home some of the cooking techniques. Not only can that man make a mean curry, he created this incredibly savory chevre using Thai Chili Peppers and Garlic. If you like savory you will love this cheese.
Feta: A perfectly balanced goat feta, lovingly cooked to create a firm, fresh cheese suited for crumbling, cubing, or grilling. Sprinkled and brined in a bit of whey and a bit of salt water.
Halloumi: A delightfully crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, squeaks in your mouth, bit of perfection. Sprinkled with fresh off the farm mint and locally harvested sea salt, this cheese was made to be the star of the show.
Honey Drinkable Yogurt: This 100% goat yogurt is perfection. Made with locally harvested raw honey, our yogurt showcases everything that is sweet about goat’s milk without having to add any sugar.
Bulgarian Style Yogurt: Have you ever had goat yogurt? YUCK! But our yogurt, is amazing. It’s thick, like, Greek yogurt thick. And it has no hint of goat. The only thing that’s in it is milk and cultures. No added thickeners, no sugar, no nothing. Just the beauty of the milk.
