These Messaging Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Lost Peacock Creamery's email newsletter and SMS/text messaging program (collectively, the "Peacock Updates Program").By signing up for or otherwise agreeing to receive messages from Lost Peacock Creamery (the "Program"), you agree to these Terms. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.1. Program DescriptionThe Peacock Updates Program allows you to receive recurring promotional and informational messages from Lost Peacock Creamery, a family-run goat dairy farm in Olympia, Washington.
Email messages may include newsletters, product announcements (e.g., new cheeses, seasonal availability), farm updates, events, recipes, promotions, discounts, and other creamery news.
SMS/text messages (including MMS where applicable) may include promotions, flash sales, product restock alerts, order reminders, event invites, farm news, and other time-sensitive updates related to Lost Peacock Creamery products and experiences.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.2. How to Join

Text/SMS: Text a keyword (e.g., JOIN, PEACOCK, or as advertised) to our provided number/short code, or provide your mobile number during signup.
3. Message FrequencyMessage frequency varies:
Emails: Typically 1–4 per month, more during peak seasons or special events.
SMS/Text: Up to 4–8 messages per month (may vary based on promotions, seasons, or events).
We do not guarantee any specific number of messages.4. Message and Data RatesMsg & data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to SMS/MMS messages. Check with your carrier for details. Lost Peacock Creamery is not responsible for any charges you incur.5. Opt-Out InstructionsYou can unsubscribe at any time—no questions asked.
For emails: Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email.
For SMS/text messages: Reply with STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, or QUIT to any message you receive from us.
You may also reply HELP at any time for help or more information.After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.
